The best parties always end up in the kitchen, so why not start there? This was Brad Smoliak’s concept for a new type of event space: a culinary studio to host business meetings, cooking demonstrations and private parties.

A warm ambiance and open-concept design invite visitors to share in the cooking fun. The heart of the space is the island, a massive granite counter where guests gather around to watch (and occasionally help with) the culinary artistry. A unique library ladder draws the eye to the storage wall, which displays cookbooks and vintage kitchenware. It also showcases Brad’s impressive collection of bacon-related paraphernalia and his self-developed products like bacon jam.
